To Purchase Property from Treasure Island Limited
The information you provide on this document is not an offer or a contract and does not constitute an interest in land. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to provide information to Treasure Island Limited and its Agent regarding your desire to purchase a Bure/s in the Treasure Island Resort prior to negotiation of a formal agreement of purchase and sale. Treasure Island Limited will confirm to the buyer that the Bure that you are interested in purchasing is available for sale and will hold that Bure for you for the life of this EOI document.
The completion and submission of this Expression of Interest in no way obligates you to purchase the property in question and is not in any way binding upon Treasure Island Limited. The Expression of Interest is for information purposes only.
Expressions of Interest will be reviewed as received. We will review your Expression of Interest and contact you to confirm whether or not Treasure Island Limited will negotiate a formal Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Treasure Island Limited reserves the right to negotiate with only those parties that Treasure Island Limited and or its Agent so determines in its sole discretion.
Expression of Interest Fee:
A Fee of $AUD1,000 is to be paid to the Stakeholder (Bayview International) or Treasure Island Limited at the time of submission of this Expression of Interest.
This EOI Fee will be deducted from the Sale Price of your designated Bure should you sign and return a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement within 28 days of the date of this document.
If within 28 days of the date hereof, you give written notification to the Agent, Bayview International, not to proceed with your purchase, then the $AUD1,000 less a $AUD150 administration fee shall be refunded to you.
